I have decided to accept Leslie Saeta's art challenge and make a commitment to do 30 paintings in 30 days beginning September 1st. Having recently moved to Southern California from the Midwest, much of my studio is still packed and stored... except for paints and brushes. Enough to get started! I will post each new painting here as I finish them. Just four days to go! I'm excited and looking forward to start my new "California" paintings. Powerful new landscape, incredible light and most remarkable, vibrant colors. A little intimidating, but should be interesting. Let's see what happens.
